If Airaksinen's discography seems overwhelming to you; you're curious, don't know where to start and aren't satisfied with my own accounts or if you want to hear what all the fuss is about before going ahead and getting everything: Madam I'm Adam is the place to go. Instigated by Anton Nikkilä of Swissair/Avanto Festival fame, this double CD collects eleven tracks (which Nikkilä found to be most interesting) and eleven remixes from famous "fans" (in order to associate and promote this obscure artist). The songs are indeed a great place to start, but the main reason to get this record is because it's the only place to get a clean, mastered version of Pieni Sienikonsertto - A Little Soup For Piano And Orchestra Op. 46,8, an absolute classic number taken from the impossible to find One Point Music LP (the tune which would make Steve Stapleton of Nurse With Wound fame a fan).
